In our cultural education and in our social life the conflict finds its proper size, as it is crushed between the two myths of our civilization: peace (meaning harmony, unity, peace, seagull travel order, control) and war (meaning disharmony, discord, division, seagull travel disorder, leaving the control). There is therefore a 'conflict on the conflict', in terms of premises, which afflicts our 'mind-nature': and it is such as to prevent us to look at the conflicts in the time and manner that they deserve. Our intervention is almost always called, in fact, to solve them as soon as possible and in the most painless as possible, as if our role of social workers was only to 'pacify' and 'neutralize' the potential seagull travel disturbing. An ecological approach and systemic, in my opinion, however, should aim to preserve and develop the capacity of an environment to live in an 'unstable equilibrium', where you learn to 'stand in the conflict', without removing it and without solving it early, but living it as an opportunity for exploration, curiosity, seagull travel playfulness and irreverence. From here a vision of our role as counselors, therapists, educators, trainers who moves to the edges of the conflict seagull travel and should facilitate their practicability. The day will include a continuous interaction between the teacher and the participants. It will provide incentives both theoretical than practical (different views solicited from what evoke the words, group games, etc.) To bring reflection and raise awareness of the conflict, it is necessary to training and conflict management same. Only through awareness of the double meaning of the conflict as a constraint, but also as a possibility, seagull travel we can not scare us as operators in the face of conflict and use them in co-evolutionary sense. The seminar will be held by Enrico Euli, professor of 'Methods and techniques of the game, the team work and the animation', and researcher in the area Teaching and Special Education at the University of Cagliari.
