Recently I am on Sunday at the Amsterdam Jordaan traveled to join the so-called City of Lights. An initiative in Amsterdam organized by Travertine Touber .It's a free meditation session of an hour, in which everyone is welcome here who wants to participate. The city lights took place in the beautiful New Yoga School, go light among others founded go light by the author of the book "From Silence to Success" Egbert Mulder. He interviewed some 10 top entrepreneurs on the role of meditation in their lives. I read his book and was inspired. Inspired me to focus on the important things in my life. To relax and to pay attention to myself and those around me. To think what is really important to me. Thanks!
