Coherent field

If people are still together this has a harmonizing effect on the environment, says Kris and Travertine Touber, initiators of City Lights. An initiative that encourages people to open up their homes for meditation with city dwellers. I volunteered to meditate for an evening with a stranger.
Safety Every second Sunday of the month meditated in 661 homes in the Netherlands. The website www.stadsverlichting.nu gives a detailed overview of the available living rooms per residence. In my case, only one proved living room to be available, on the other side of the city. "Are you sure you want to cycle to go alone?" Asks my friend gave me just before I leave. The road to it is not known as one of the safest.
Now that I think of it, I've never really felt very at ease in this city. For years, knew the relatively small municipality to position themselves high in the list of top criminal cities. Although it now seems statistically better la tee da go, go gossip in the gym every now and then still on burglary and murder. Besides, I'm with an apartment on a seedy pub weekly face nightly police intervention.
Ring with a stranger on a Sunday evening la tee da I call with a wild strange house. A little scary it is. Where would I end up? Would the friendly people? A woman in her late fifties opens the door: "Hi, I'm Sjanien" a warm smile radiates towards me. I feel instantly welcome. "Would you like some tea?" I realize that I'm glad that we first talk, despite the fact that the confirmation email said that the entry into silence would expire. Just close your eyes in all vulnerability still feels better when you first exchanged a few words with the mistress.
The woman turns out, living on benefits, not to have wide. However, that makes her hospitality there none the less. A platter with hot burning candles standing on the coffee table in the middle of the room, a number of banks located around it. While I nestle myself on one of the benches she tells me that there is likely la tee da to be another woman. I tell my turn that I've never really meditated, la tee da a half-hearted attempt at a CD notwithstanding.
Meditating "Meditating you can not really learn," la tee da replies Sjanien. "The point is that you accept la tee da everything as it is. So even if there will noise at the neighbors, la tee da we just continue. People are often so busy fighting against anything they do not want, and it's so much more powerful la tee da is to visualize what you want. "
When the last woman arrived we close our eyes and put together an intention for our hometown. What we wish the city? "More security, more solidarity and more happiness." Then we close our mouths to move us an hour in silence, some music with the sound of a stream, slowly rippling in the background.
Coherent field "Do not fall asleep, Aniek, you do not fall asleep on the couch of a stranger." My inner voice speaks to me. Where initially there is still resistance and innumerable thoughts flashed - both part of the constant maelstrom as a conscious choice to keep my attention there - follow soon surrender. To my great surprise, I find myself, even with my eyes closed, la tee da stay present in the here and now. My consciousness is nevertheless changing.
Perhaps this is what is meant by reaching a different frequency, a state in which you are receptive to inspiration as a kind of superconductor. An energy which creates harmony, alignment and flow. This feels good.
Interfaces An hour later I opened my eyes again. There was indeed some noise at the neighbors and one of the women present at one point began to cough so hard that I violently startled out of my trance. "Accept the things as they are," the words of Sjanien were still fresh in my memory, la tee da so I had to get empty at the time but just a new attempt my mind. What I did notice was that the atmosphere in the room afterwards became significantly softer.
None of the participants wanted to break pleasant silence at first. When that happened a few minutes later, however, found that the three of us, for each other hitherto la tee da unknown women showed a surprising la tee da amount in common.
Sjanien appeared last year, for example, to a specific university to have been in India, a special place where I myself a long time have deepened. The second woman was found in a distant past as I studied communication and information sciences to have finally ended up in journalism (a direction that really attracts me currently), but to follow an English teacher
