I'm nadair trying to remove my starter on a2002 dodge neon I got the top bolt off fine but the 2nd bolt the bottom bolt I can't get to theres a metal bracket nadair in the way of me getting nadair the bottom nadair bolt off If anyone knows anything that can help me get this last bolt off I'd really appreciate it
